Fathers' Resource
DAPI is dedicated to reconnecting fathers with
their children, families and communities. DAPI offers support groups, education,
fathering skills development, and father-child interactive activities.
The importance of fathers in children’s lives is a subject of great national interest.
More than one million American babies—one in four—are born each year to
unmarried mothers, most of whom are in households without adult males.
GROUP SUPPORT
Fathers participate in group activities designed to provide education and
support for Teen Fathers.
VOLUNTEER MENTORS
Volunteer mentors provide extra support for fathers in the program.
